As a advisor, Tony holds the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor. Tony and his team partner with clients to help them succeed and achieve their life goals with effective financial planning strategies.
Throughout his professional career, Tony has been active in the industry, having served as President of Society of The Financial Service Professionals-Northern Virginia Chapter. He is a Past President of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors)-Northern Virginia Chapter. His professional affiliations include membership in the National Capital Area Financial Planning Association and the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council.
Within the community, Tony has dedicated countless hours to volunteer organizations. He has served on the Boards of numerous community service organizations and is a Past President of The Rotary Club Of Herndon Virginia. Tony is passionate in the fight against Alzheimer’s and is committed to accelerating the global effort to eliminate this dreadful disease. Tony and his wife, Rosemary, reside in Great Falls, Virginia.
Val is a Senior Wealth Advisor with over twenty-five years’ experience in the financial services industry. In 2015, she and business partner Tony Fulkerson founded EldenStreet Financial. Specializations are financial, business and estate planning. implementation and service, for families and business owners who want a realistic approach to wealth accumulation and reduced investment risk.
Val holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation and is both an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor, and a Registered Representative with NYLIFE Securities LLC. She currently holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65. Val and her team partner with clients to achieve better coordination of personal or business assets; all to enhance retirement security with effective financial planning strategies.
Throughout her professional career, Val has been active in the industry, having been elected to serve on a national board and executive committee with New York Life’s Agents Advisory Council. Her professional affiliations include membership in the National Capital Area Financial Planning Association and NAIFA, National Association of insurance and Financial Advisers.
Within the community, she is the immediate past chair of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce 2019-2020, past chair of Dulles Executive Women and has dedicated countless hours to volunteer organizations. She was also the past Chair for the Northern Virginia 2020 Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Val is passionate in the fight against Alzheimer’s and is committed to the efforts to eliminate this dreadful disease and will be Chair of the Executive Council for the 2021 Walk. She is serving on the boards for Turning Point Suffragist Memorial Association and Women in Business Initiative for the George Mason University School of Business.
Valerie and her husband, Bruce, reside in Sterling, Virginia, where they enjoy being with their large family of five children, a daughter-in-law, 2 sons-in-law and five grandchildren.

Mario is an advisor associate of EldenStreet Financial. Since 1999, he has helped people understand their investments and implement efficient distribution strategies. Since 2006, his focus has been to serve the Fairfax County Public Safety Community (Fire & Rescue, Police and Sherriff), and Civilian employees. He is extremely familiar with the Fairfax County Benefits programs including DROP, 457(b), and survivor benefit options. This has led to a breadth of knowledge and extensive experience with the Virginia Retirement System (VRS), and with members of FCPS, ACPS, APS and FCCPS.
As a former tutor and teaching assistant (LAUSD), Mario uses and trusts the relationship-based approach to financial education and advisory services.

Marguerite is an Associate Financial Adviser at EldenStreet Financial, working with families and business owners in the areas of education funding, retirement planning, and wealth and risk management. Marguerite holds a designation as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor.
Before coming to the financial planning industry, Marguerite had a very successful career in the defense consulting industry providing senior program and financial management, systems engineering, and technical advisory services to major acquisition information systems.
Marguerite graduated from Rhodes College with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies, and from Harvard University with a master’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies. She also holds a certificate in Financial Planning from the University of Virginia.
Marguerite and her husband live in Fairfax, Virginia with their elementary-age son.
